Flexibility in strategy is critical! This session involves a panel of leaders who will address how Pivoting is an essential leadership skill needed to influence an organization during major events, such as COVID, BLM, or a financial recession.

NOTE: This session is part of the Advanced Women in Technical Leadership program series. All registrants for this session should meet the criteria for this program, which includes senior-level managers in technical organizations or who have technical responsibilities, and those with at least 10 – 15 years of experience in a leadership role.
