There are 7 levels of leadership awareness, and this awareness directly translates into how energetic and impactful you can be as a leader. These levels determine how you perceive the company, organization, your life, your colleagues, your  family, and yourself. Your perception in these areas determines how well you influence and inspire others (or yourself) to take powerful, purposeful action—your Energy Factor.

NOTE: This session is part of the Advanced Women in Technical Leadership program series. All registrants for this session should meet the criteria for this program, which includes senior-level managers in technical organizations or who have technical responsibilities, and those with at least 10 – 15 years of experience in a leadership role.
