Advanced Women in Technical Leadership – Retreat #1: Energy Leadership

This retreat will focus on supporting participants in developing a vision for their personal leadership style/philosophy and a plan for how to enact the vision in multiple aspects of their lives.

Participants will complete the Barriers Energy Management Assessment Workshop and receive a personalized report with their assessment results.

The retreat also includes a one-on-one session, scheduled for 90-120 minutes that’s a full debrief, action plan, and coaching session with certified ELIMP™ coach, Nicoa Dunne.

NOTE: This event is limited to members of the Advanced Women in Technical Leadership program series.
