Understanding and Motivating Gen Z [WEBINAR]

featuring NC State University alumna, multigenerational leadership expert, speaker and author, Raven Solomon

Whether you’re a corporate leader or a professor on a college campus, you may have realized there’s a new generation emerging into the workforce with their own unique set of skills and characteristics — Gen Z. (Just when we thought we finally had Millennials figured out!) The tech-native generation is now the largest percentage of the U.S. population and is here to stay, whether we’re ready or not!

This FREE interactive keynote address will equip our NC State faculty, staff and corporate partners with the knowledge to better engage and motivate Gen Z, and provide an understanding of how to most effectively leverage their unique strengths and tendencies.

To better understand Gen Z’s distinctive behaviors, preferences and interactions, we will spend a good amount of time contrasting their traits with those of our older generations, which will be critical for learning how to lead across generational boundaries. We will also use breakout groups for a portion of the session and look for direct feedback from participants to maximize engagement, understanding and relevance for everyone.

How should you motivate and engage Gen Z? How do they communicate differently than you? What do they look for most in employers? This engaging session will answer all of those questions and more!
