About this Session
The matrix organization structure is a complex model that, when successful, gives an organization a competitive advantage of both efficient structure and project/client focus. Matrices can reflect global/local organizational design, function/project management, or HQ/Regional operations. But in each case, professionals in the matrix have multiple reporting responsibilities and must manage a complex decision-making process. The program clarifies why and where conflict arises, and provides both guidance in the design of the structure and skill training to manage the critical relationships across the matrix.
