  • Joint Special Operations Command – JSOC partnered with NC State Executive Education and the Shelton Leadership Center to develop a multi-tiered operational improvement leadership series for its civilian professionals.
  • MetLife Rising Leaders Program – MetLife partnered with NC State Executive Education to develop a leadership program for early career IT and project professionals.


  • Biogen-Eisai Partnership – Biogen and Eisai, two non-competitive pharmaceutical companies, established an innovative partnership by re-defining their manufacturing models after attending a NC State Executive Education innovation program.
  • Cisco Global Alignment & Business Model Creation – Cisco’s Sales Operation team partnered with NC State Executive Education to create a virtual engagement of team members around the globe to develop a unique business unit strategy and culture.
  • Pentair Innovation Process – Pentair worked with NC State’s innovation team (CIMS) to improve its 3-D Innovation Model, beginning with a maturity assessment of their process.
  • Pitney Bowes Product Innovation – Pitney Bowes partnered with NC State’s innovation experts (CIMS) to re-design the organization’s business model and develop an improved, multi-tiered product development process.
