Bio

Jenn Giordano, specializes in Executive Coaching, Training and Facilitation, Change Management, Team Dynamics, and Leadership Development. Jenn has worked globally with Fortune 500 companies, assessing the skills and needs of their talent, working with leadership to understand the organizational strategy. She would then design, develop and deliver training, coaching, communications, and/or a change approach which aligns talent with strategy. Her professional background, coupled with her Masters in career counseling and organizational psychology, has given her deep skills in the area of career and professional development.

Prior to launching her own practice, Jenn worked for leading companies such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC. Jenn worked in their Human Capital group, assisting Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, technology, energy and finance industries. Jenn assisted companies during organizational change, by assessing the impact of change on the employees and working with leaders to ensure they are communicating the benefits and building buy-in for change. She then built training programs to align employee skills with the new organizational structure, policies or processes. At J. P. Morgan Chase, Jenn worked in an internal career counseling department, to improve retention of high potential Investment Banking employees. She also career counseled former employees who had been downsized as a part of organizational restructuring. At Morgan Stanley, she worked with leaders to close the skills gap by building a nationwide coaching and training program that integrated team building activities, classroom training, coaching and leadership development.

Jenn holds double Masters in Counseling Psychology (with a focus in the area of career) and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
