In this opening session, we discuss challenges faced by women leaders as identified by research from Forbes as well as the challenges the participants have experienced.

This discussion frames the three day program as an opportunity to identify strategies and approaches that will help address the challenges through enhancing and developing skills; adjusting mindsets; and developing and leveraging networks. 

The discussion is driven by the participants’ sharing of their challenges, skills and experiences, supported by research and powerful anecdotes.
