Leadership
Our leadership programs are intended to address leaders who are currently responsible for executing strategies and managing shifting priorities presented by organizational leaders. This role requires capabilities of both effective performance management of team projects, as well as leadership skills to drive change and quickly adapt teams to new demands. We also recognize the increasing pressure on budgets even as the number and complexity of projects grow. The expectation is that graduates of our leadership programs will have a strong sense of how to lead projects, teams, peers, and themselves.
Past Clients: Blue Cross Blue Shield NC, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), North Carolina National Guard, PRA International

3D Team Leadership
Bradley L. Kirkman and T.Brad Harris
The latest book by Bradley L. Kirkman and T.Brad Harris present a dynamic new model for maximizing team performance. Previous books have treated teams as groups of people working interdependently, an approach that overlooks two crucial components: the individuals who make up the team and the subgroups that form within and between teams.
