StateView Hotel and Conference Center

On July 7, 2015, NC State announced the long-awaited hotel and executive conference center on Centennial Campus. The new hotel will operate under the Marriott Autograph Collection franchise, a specialty series that will allow NC State to create a unique design for the campus but benefit from Marriott’s outstanding customer services.

The StateView will open with 155 rooms and 7,500 square feet of meeting space with the potential to expand later. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.

“This hotel is the latest exciting addition to Centennial Campus. Not only will it be a place of learning and collaboration but it will also serve as an important amenity for the campus,” stated NC State Chancellor, Randy Woodson.
